ChessRehearsal's goal is make you a better chess player and have fun doing it. While other sites like lichess, chesstempo, and chess.com will show you tactical labels, ChessRehearsal will show you similar tactics based on positional structure, helping you practice specific tactical themes and improve faster.
Each puzzle is analyzed and encoded into a vector. When you solve a puzzle, ChessRehearsal the most similar positions from the lichesss database, allowing you to rehearse and master tactical patterns. The puzzle of the week idea is to allow concepts to build on top of each other-- starting as a beginner with one tactic and building up to mastery involving multiple concepts in deeper variations.
